KMD Rigid Roll Cage

A general purpose mobile roll cage for the secure transportation of a wide range of goods built upon a strongly constructed rigid chassis with wheels on the corners for safety. This roll pallet is a 4 sided rigid unit with the roll cage door, opened in 1 simple steps, across the narrow face. The deck is 9mm exterior plywood to give an even and hard-wearing surface and the sides from a ladder style rod infill.

Roll Cage Features

Roll Cage Construction
Manufactured from prime ERW-grade mild steel with joints welded for outstanding strength and durability. Sides formed from 1" tube and the front and back from 3/4" diameter tube. The sides are inlaid with 150mm x 150mm x 6mm mesh ladder panels.

Roll Cage Finish
Bright electro-zinc plating with a lacquer coat as standard. Other finishes are available to order.

Roll Cage Wheels
125mm diameter nylon wheels as standard housed in 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors. We can offer the option of roller bearings, thread guards and rubber tyred wheels.
